I have known Dewayne since was 14 he was a role model , hero ,one of the good guys to me. he saved my life several times. thinking about the time he came from Colorado to help me on a construction job in the worst heat wave in Houston I can remember the low at nite didn’t, get below 98. for 45 days in a row the highs were 112 to 114 with a heat index to 120 to 125 . we had to put mist systems in the trees and had big fans to survive . he was tuff. worked hard as he could and never complained . I admired him very much.
