Danny Thurman

I have known Dewayne since I was 14. he was role model ,hero, and friend. also married to my sister Debbie. I have a lifetime of memories. I have a memory of how tuff he was related to a heat wave in Houston in the early 90s . Dewayne came from Colorado to help me with a outside construction job. the heat was the worst I can remember. went for 45 days with lows never getting below 98, and the highs at 112 to 116 the heat index was 120 to 125. we had to put a mist system in the trees and big fans . to survive .he worked as hard as he could. never complained. I admired him very much.
